Cancellation policy

1. Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
2. Cancellation received 48 hrs prior to arrival: 50% retention.
3. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All cancellations must be made in writing.
4. Cancellation upon arrival/ no-show/ early departure/ change of dates/ partial cancellation i.e. reduction of accommodation booked will be treated as cancellation.
5. All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance. The booking is not confirmed till we send you booking confirmation. In case we receive the payment and there are no rooms available, full booking amount will be refunded.

The package at the home stay includes the following:

Check-in Time- 1.00 pm IST / Check-Out Time – 11.00 am IST

Meal timings :

1. Morning Coffee / Tea – 6:30 to 8:00am
2. Breakfast – 8.30am -10.00 am
3. Lunch: 1:30 to 3:00 pm
4. Hi Tea : 5:00 to 6:00pm
5. Dinner: 8:30 to 10:00 pm

Please note that the package starts with a lunch on the day of arrival and ends with a breakfast on the date of departure.

Bonfire – 7.00 -9.00 (Subject to the weather condition)
